Continuity Capital was founded in 2012 by a team of family business professionals with a diverse range of backgrounds in real estate, banking, telecommunications and consumer goods.

About Team

Christian Huot

Continuity Capital is backed by an international team of successful family business owners, investors and executives with many years experience in a range of industries and geographies.

Christian is the founder and the managing director of Continuity Capital. He received a BSc (hons.) degree from the University of Bristol and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Continuity Capital, Mr. Huot had been working at his family firm for several years across a range of industries such as real estate, telecoms, manufacturing and commercial banking, where he was responsible for the full life cycle of a range portfolio companies as well as overall strategy for the group. Prior thereto, he held positions with Dresdner Kleinwort and Bank of America in their investment banking practices.
